Our chef Hannes is also a trained sommelier and offers wine and cheese tasting afternoons to both hotel and private guests. Switzerland produces high quality wine and cheese and Hannes will take you though a journey around Switzerland so you can sample different varieties and ages of wines and cheeses from various regions. There will be some German and Austrian wines to sample also.
