Cheese Making
If you would like to see the local cheese being made using traditional methods, we would be happy to provide a guide for you. Of course, if you wish to go without a guide this is also possible. You will have the chance to watch the cheese being produced (a tough job!) and packaged and learn about the methods involved in producing and aging the cheese. You will, of course, be able to sample the cheese and there will be a breakfast buffet for you to enjoy while you're there.
